Variation 1:

Grab just behind the head of your flaccid cock and pull in the direction of your erection. Do a kegel and hold it. You should feel an increased pull. Release the kegel as slowly as possible. Repeat until fatiqued.

Variation 2:

Simply grab behind the head (flaccid) and pull in any and all directions. Pull down and hold, to the left, to the right, and up, and hold. Try swinging your hand back and forth, or doing small circles.

If you start slipping, put some powder on your joint. It makes it a lot easier to hang on for longer periods.

Just a note of clarification for the number 2 exercize above. In each direction you pull hold for a certain amount of time such as 30 seconds. Then release and massage or gently slap your penis into your hand or against your leg to get the blood flowing again. Do a certain number of sets in each direction. You can do someting like 4 in each direction or once in each direction a number of times. Occasionally, or after each set I get a partial errection to get the blood flowing, and let it subside and continue.
