Not really new to the forums, just haven't posted. A year ago I was on a jelqing routine and after 3 months stopped because I had only gained a 1/5" in girth and length. 3 months after that I did a girth only routine that consisted of warm-ups warmdowns and squeezes in between, from that I had gained about 1/4" or a little more in girth after 1.5 months. Then I stopped because of my scheduling and lack of interest and all gains were lost. NOW, I want to be back for the long run. I am completely very happy with my 6.1" nbpl and would just like to add girth. So as stated, I ONLY WANT GIRTH. I liked my routine that I did 6 months~ ago that was girth only focused squeezes but wasn't sure if it was the best routine. I don't have a ton of free time to do pe bc my schedule and free time, about 30mins-1hr 3 days a week, which should be fine anyway since girth takes more healing time and a M/W/F routine is perfect. I don't want to jelq b/c my little gains from doing it and how long it takes to do (I was doing the girth gains erect level too when I tried it a year ago and no dice), so please no jelqs. I am 4.8" erect girth now and would love to be 5.5"+, preferably 6"~ in girth. My beginner routine for girth from my research would consist of:
M/W/F:
10-15min warm-up hot wash cloth (reheated every 1minute)
5 reps of 10 second squeezes ( hard enough but not too hard squeeze, thinking 80-90% erection level) Thinkin 25-30sec rest between reps too. Is that too long?
10-15min warm-down with hot wash cloth as above
Not sure on if I should add exercises or increase reps, but I was thinking increase 1-2 reps per workout day.
Also starting a routine of multi-vitamins, 5mg of l-arginine 5/7 days/week, gingko biloba, and a cleaner diet to help. Also doing heavy cardio each pe day before pe (I believe this is the sested time, before pe). Usually I do 60-90mins of treadmill or bike at a moderate pace and accumulate 4-8 miles. How long should I wait to do pe after cardio? I was thinking 30minutes after cardio?
Looked into uli's, horse squeezes, and other girth exercises but I thought that would be way too hard to start out with. Really want input and sestions for routines and more from the veterans/pros. Thanks, I will be starting this up monday again and hopefully run a 90 day routine of this with a week off after. Thanks ahead of time.
