A New Newbie

What is jelqs? I'm new to this and I have never heard of anything that is being said. I would like to learn how to increase the girth and length of my penis. Please help..What can I do so I can make some gains in girth.

Forgive me if im a little irritated - It seems to me that newbies always come in here and just ask questions, which isn't a bad thing, but some questions could be easily answered if you simply read - I dont just accuse you of this, many newbies, i even did it once, but you must read first to learn about the information.
