View Full Version : Hanging = pinching or sliding
I'm interesting in increasing my length (and girth, but I think that I have jelqing figured out), and have been trying to get some sort of hanger working. I've tried to make a modified Bib hanger without much success (could never keep from being pinched in the back where the inner part's split meets the outer part, and it seemed like I would have needed a pneumatic wrench to tighten down the clamp enough to hold things on). I then tried to make one of the foam insulation hangers, and have had some limited success (except that my skin either seems to want to slip and bunch up under my head, or I get all of the tension applied to the skin at the base. Either way, the tension feels like it's either applied to the skin or around the ridge of my head, rather than to the ligaments and shaft. Not good.)
Any ideas? There are too many people praising the modified Bib hanger for me to believe that the design is flawed, so I must be doing something wrong. (I'm loosely circumcized, btw., meaning that I can pull skin over my head when fully erect.)

Hello Horsey,
If you read my post about "the learning curve" you see that my believe is that we have to experiment with the hanger until we finally get the position right. Now as far as your situation is concerned, I really don't know what to say about your loose skin situation. My only advice is to not give up and keep trying different adjustments. Attach the hanger very lightly without tightening, and then pull the skin back to your body, and then pull the head out of the other end of the hanger before finally tightening. Also, try attaching at slightly different locations of your penis. Sorry if I don't have better advice than to experiment and see if you hit the magic placement.
One more thing about the pinching aspect. I found that it might have to do with the way you bevel the inside piece. It is a strange thing because one imagines that the bevel should be on the inside of the actual piece. But actually the bevel is on the outside of the piece which goes inside. Look at the picture of the hanger again. If you have beveled the wrong side it could pinch. Some have had this problem and this may correct part of your problem.
Well good luck.

Horsy and Dance,
Good questions and excellant answers Dance. I might add that the gap on the inner piece of the modified Bib may be too small. The gap needs to be wide enough that the edges do not come close to coming together. The immer piece must only be large enough to fit inside the outer piece.
Forgot. Also, experiment with the way you wrap. There will be less pinching with a tight wrap, but that will hinder circulation more.
Bigger
Thanks all. It seems that a combination of a wider gap on the inner piece, along with some experimentation on position, has helped a whole lot. (Using some thick self-adhesive stretch wrap has also helped.) I'm going to also try beveling the inner edges a bit more, to keep them from folding inward so much.
Next challenge is trying to get hold of one of those "black vinyl weight sleeves" from The Grip. (Their email keeps bouncing.)
