Hello everyone, i just want to say this board is very informative and supportive so thanx to everyone, i was just writing today to ask for help in starting, basically im not worried about length so much as i am girth and thickness, theres is a slight and i mean slight bend in it near the bottom and its skinnier below the bend, just curious how to straiten it out and even it out as well, if possible, and also i would like to get my length up a little too but not as much as girth, can anyone of you helpful people recommend a routine? or a previous post to look at that will answer all of my questions?? thank you very much in advance!

You should read all the posts in the FAQ for Newbies and Personal Routines sections. A great place to learn the basics is in the Tom Hubbard site located in the Links section. By then you should have a good idea what you want to do based on your available time and goals. A lot of questions you may have after that have probably been answered in the general discussion forum. Welcome Viperz!

I see you mostly want to increase girth. To increase girth I recogmend you jelq (milk) and do Uli#3. By Jelquing with both hands (as stated in Hubbard's site) you should realize the curve to slightly diminish.

I myself have found a method to increase girth, I am currently testing it for its safety and results. For the first few work outs the results seem very promising :o) My testing should be done by December 4th, by then it will be posted in "Personal Routines".

Hello all - I'm a newbie and I am about to start jelqing. A few questions; Should I measure myself a few times before I start to get my avg length/girth, or just try it once? Realistically, if I do the exercises every otrher day, when would I see any noticable results? Is it recommended to not have sex for any amount of hours before or after jelqing? What benefits will I get from doing "Kegels"? I have been taking Viagra for a year now, but I want more erection time. I have been using some Yohimbe products, which are good but the caffeine keeps me awake. I just started taking "Intimax", but I see no results yet. I have also been taking 1000mg of Arginine and don't know if that works. Does anyone have any "real" data as to whether ANY of these products can enhance your erection, either hardness or duration? Or is there something else out there I haven't tried yet (like Veromax...)? Thanks for the help.
