I have been on the program for about 6 weeks, Here's my program, would like some imput, Thanks:
1) I first work on my head the first thing for about 1 hour
2) I then take about half hour off, soak the unit in a cup of hot water a few minutes, do some pc's
3) I then do the flatting for about 1 hour with a soak in a cup of hot water for a few minutes about every fifteen minutes within that hour.
4) then again about a half hour to a hour off and with the cup of hot water and some pc's
5) I then do the milking for one half hour to 45 minutes, followed by a cup of hot water for about 10 minutes as Iam down on all fours, seem to get good blood flow this way.
I didn't start out with this long of a program, I think the first week, was just 15 minutes of each and have worked my way up, I have had no injuries and no red spots, ect., do notice more veins starting to show up and pc exerise is becoming more natural, (try doing them to the beat of music, rather then tapping your foot or fingers!). My goals are for health and to be ready and willing when the time is right. I have been taking one day off per week is this enough time off or should I split the week up a little more. Thanks
