Does masturbation affect penis enlargement?

According to various sex ed. books, masturbation doesn't affect the penis in any way, shape or form, besides discharging seman manually and feeling pretty damn good.

But personally ,i dont masterbate within a couple of hours before pe. Doing it before tends to make the pe session not as intense, and after my penis seems to shrink (i like the look of a bloated penis).

But these are only my opinions, it is best to test out different time schedules (masturbation/pe) yourself and see what you think.
