i have a question. for a while now ive notice a hard lump on the right side of my penis just a little behind the head. it is painless and only noticable when im fully erect. it sort of resembles a vein but its hard and pretty much skin color. my gf first noticed it during oral sex. is this a thrombosed vein? if so is it dangerous?? i think it could be from over working my penis. i once pushed on it and it sent a sensation through my body nearly causing me to passout and i felt as if i was having a heart attack. can someone please help. i keep trying my techniques but i often get that feeling (the doc says its anxiety so he put me on anti depressants). can anyone help???? i need some advice bad....i havnt felt the same for about 2 months since my first inncodent. is this a surgical problem and what do you think caused the faintly feeling?? its starting to scare me. help!! thanks

Sorry, I don't know a thing about it, but I understand your concern. Being this concerned, you should see a doctor and ease your mind.

I have exactly the same thing as you mentioned. Does your penis curve very much? Because I have whats known as Peyronnies disease. It's basically a curvature (slightly or severe) of the penis and the lump is just part of it. Maybe you have something different, I don't know. As carl said, go check it out with your doctor though.

no my penis is still straight. if it is a thrombosed vein, i was wondering if a heating pad would help it out??

Yes, it sounds like a thrombosed vein. Stop doing PE and if doesn't get better, see a doctor. Also, go back through the posts in the general discussion topic and look for posts on thrombosed veins. I know I've posted some in the past (several months ago - I've been off the board for awhile). This isn't an uncommon occurance but you don't want to screw around with it. It's also something that can recur if you don't take it easy when you start up again. PE is a long-term process, don't rush it.
