I've read many posts on this board. It appears that the successful ones have dedicated hours nearly every day to P.E. But there are those of us who don't have time to do that. For example, I usually just do some manual stretching, jelqing, and ulis for about 10-15 minutes every day or so in the shower (I use soap as lube). Am I wasting my time, or will I make any noticeable gains in length/girth within a few months? Thanks.

Don't use soap as lube. Over time you may find the skin of your penis becoming too dry as you are rubbing the soap into the skin. As to your question about how long you should jelq, this will very from person to person. Some people will respond very well to 15 minute sessions every other day and others will need a longer workout. My advice would be to start out with 15 minutes of jelqing every other day. I'm partial to jelqing as I have had the best results with this exercise. Try this for about a month then experiment with the length of the session and the number of days off in a given week. If time is problem, break up your routine into am and pm sessions. Good luck.
First off using soap as lube has to be about the worst thing to do for your penis. I use baby oil with vitamin e and aloe, this way i am exercising my penis as well as moisturizing it. Also baby oil lasts very long. another thing is that you should try weight hanging if you dont have much time. But be sure to read as much information as you can on the whole weight hanging subject before you start, then make the decision. To be successful at jelqing you must first believe in it, second visualize the penis you want, third devote time into it, and last be patient.
