View Full Version : small penis wants to get larger, advice needed

I just turned 20 and my erection is only about 5.5 inches long on avg. If it's erect and I clench down on my PC muscle is squeezes out a little more but thats not important... For about 5 weeks I've been going along with an excercise routine of basically 300 jelqs and about 5 minutes of stretching (pulling the glans foward, up, down & side to side) and around 30-50 keigel squeezes about 4 times a week. So far I've noticed a little better of a look when flacid (its slightly larger) and its a little bit thicker when erected with a few extra veins showing. I do want more thickness but my obvious problem is the short length and the excercises that I've been doing have not make it any longer so far. I've been considering trying out a stretcher or maybe a pump but since I don't know anyone who has personally tried either I really don't know if I should waste the money, or just change my routine around or what I need to do. If I would have gained .25 inches in length I'd be very happy because I'd have hope for more and proof that what I am doing is working, but so far its stayed the same length and not changed one bit so I'm not sure that my excercieses are paying off. Any increase will make me very happy, but my overall goal is to hit the 7inch length mark so I can hopefully please my lady a little further than I currently can... Any reccomendations for me would be greatly appreciated.

First off, the number one thing you must remember is: Be patient! you can't expect results in a short time. Keep up the jelquing for atleast 3 months, by then you should see resonable gains.

Don't consider pumping, If you read Tom Hubbard's site you'll realize that they only temporarily inflate your penis, I recogmend you stick with jelqing, and perhaps learn to hang weights. Hanging weights is probally the best way to gain length, but you must be careful! Keep at it...although a very few see measureable gains from jelqing in the first few weeks, they are in the minority.
Typically flaccid gains come first before you see erect gains. You seem to be on the right track, now that you have been on your routine for 5 weeks you really need to up your routine a bit. How long does it take you to do 300 jelqs? I don't count my jelqs but rather time my workout, I'm up to 60 minutes 5x/week. If youre not (comfortably) sore after doing your workout, you're not working hard enough?

If you are really looking to increase length, you should really consider adding a weight routine to your jelq exercises. Look for the posts about the Bib hanger to get some ideas.

Don't waste your money on pumping.

I second that. Pumping is a waste of time and dangerous if you over do it. Stick with jelqing and or hanging.

Hey bud. I have used a pump in the past for 2 months and actually gained a half inch but by all means I DO NOT recommend the pump. The pump can turn you impotent and my view is that I dont care if I gain 5 inches, what good is it when you cant use it? i would rather be 3 inches and be able to use it. My advice to you would be to spend some more time on jelqing and stretching. Try the hot wrap method for 5 minutes before you stretch. Then stretch for 15 minutes, then jelq for 30 minutes and stretch again for 15 minutes and then end it with a 5 minute hot wrap. Do this 6 days a week and youll see better results but be sure to stay determined and believe in it. You mentioned you only do 30-40 kegels 4 days a week? I would do 500 kegels a day everyday. You can do kegels anywhere so why not do as many as you can. I would also check into weight hanging.
