Hi all, I am new to this, I am almost 16 and am 7" erect(no sure about girth). I would like to make both length and girth gains. What would you recommend I do? Are hotwraps necessary? And and there any supplements I can take to help the enlargement process?

Matt-
YES... hot wraps are necessary, most definately. Im 17, and measure up about like you. I do jelqs, manual stretching, and lots of kegels (I get bored in school, so I do around 100 per class periods, making a 700 kegel exercise). As far as supplements, some people here will tell you L-Arganine will help, especially with blowing a bigger load, but I've never used it, so no first hand experience here.

where could I get supplements? I live in New Zealand so ordering off the net would be a problem, and there are no supplement type shops around here, would I be able to get L-arganine or something containing it from a local supermarket? Would it be dangerous for a 16 year old to take it?

Im doubting a supermarket would have it, but Ive never been to New Zealand. I can get it from a nutrition store, but you say you dont have anything like that around. Im not sure what supplementation does to the 16-year old body, maybe some PE vets can help us out here?

hey youngbloods,u two should realize that your age is your supplement which means your body will provide what you need just keep a healthy diet stay in shape and take advantage of p.e. while your young like myself im 27 now but back at 14 when i started pe by 15 i was 7" something like you youngbloods but most important stay away from the wicked cigarette and try not to ejactulate to much when u do it forces the body to reproduce sperm thus giving the groin area another job to do instead of just reproducing tissue now it has to make another batch of sperm also.just my theory dunno if it adds up to 2 cents.

Im with him on that one. You shouldnt need supplements at 16, especially if your in good health. And if your not in good health, start working out. Its a better means of body supplementation than crammin chalk down your throat.

Hey, L-arginine won't negatively affect you at all. It's an amino acid, which means you can get it through diet, but only in small amounts. Go to GNC and get some BCAA's (branched chain amino acids). They're only like 20 buck and it'll ahve L-Arginine in it.
