Hi all,
I’m 17 years and my penis is 7” x 5” when erect. All I really want from the program is more girth and to stay up after I have had an orgasm. I started doing the milking and the ‘milk and hold’ exercises after my 10-minute warm up. I just start using the PE program and I have some questions can u please help me.

1: I want to do the PC exercise but the only problem is that I don’t know were it is located… Can u tell me were it is please?

2: Are there any more exercises that can give me more girth or that will give me more satisfaction.

3: I want exercises that will make me stay erect after a have had an orgasm and boost my orgasm times so I can cum between 25-35 minutes. My current time is 13 minutes.

hey jahelton,

i've been told that milking (jelquing) is a really good exercise for gaining girth as well as length. i know everyone wants to have a giant member, but the vagina is only about 3-4 inches deep. having a long one isn't going to do much. a girl likes to feel filled up by a fat one rather than rammed by a long one. i've been doing PE for about a month on and off, and i've gained almost a full inch. in length more than girth though.

as for staying up longer and having more orgasms, just practice going on longer after you've had an orgasm. practice by yourself, or if you have a girlfriend, even better. try to keep going after you've had an orgasm. eventually you'll get used to it and it'll become second nature for you to stay up and have 2 or 3 orgasms.

oh, and with kegels, when you urinate, stop the flow of urine by contracting muscles, not clamping down on your member. it'll feel like your sucking the wiz back inside you. the muscle that you used to stop wizzing was your PC muscle. to exercise this muscle, just contract that muscle, and that is a kegel. do that about 100 times a day, and in a few weeks, you should be able to clamp off the giz before you spunk, thus allowing you to hold out for longer.

Dude not to be an asshole but the Vagina is a bit more than 3 or 4 inches deep..this is a discussion about WOMAN/mature woman right?? or animals???lol... However,they say the most sensitive spot in the Vagina is only about a half inch within along the walls..maybe this is what you may of been thinking about.That might be why girth is more important...

I believe a resting vagina is only about 3 to 4 inches deep, but they can expand like nobody's business.
