I've had a pretty basic pump for about 6 months now, but i've been a real lazyass about using it. Usually when i do it, i just pump it up all the way, then let some air out little by little, then pump it up little by little and continue that way till i get bored of it.

I was wondering if anyone knew the correct pumping techniques for achieving maximum permanent gains. Also, if anyone has any advice for training (how often to pump, and for how long...etc) i'd appreciate it.

Ha,Ive had the same question and kinda had to figure it out myself but heres a tip,start off easy pump a little til you feel that if you pump again it will hurt,hold for about ten seconds than-release air and repeat keep doing this until youve reached your maximun potential without seriously hurting yourself..your penis will be able to be pumped Bigger by carefully easing into this..at each maximum pump start off holding it for ten seconds than release the air,in a few days you can up how long you hold it before releasing the air this gives your penis time to adjust..Its something you kind of have to figure out by messing around with it..But DEFINATELY do not just pump it all the way up at first....work your way in to it..Also after a few ten second pumps take it out and hot wrap get the blood flowing..

Also, if anyone has been pumping for an extended period of time, could you tell me if the results are permanent? I dont wanna waste my time.

I have pumped for two months in the past and put on a half inch in length. I DO NOT recommend pumping at all for the fact that long term pumping can cause damage to your penis, such as impotence. Never pump for more than 5 minutes each time. after 5 minutes do a hot wrap for 5 minutes and pump again for 5 minutes do three sets and youll be good to go. Remember when pumping that your penis should never feel sore if it does that indicates over pumping, which is seriously dangerous.

Well sorry to disagree with you guys but I don't know about releasing and then re-pumping. I just get to a point and hold it for 10-12 minutes or so, some go to 15. Going over 5 minutes is not necessarily dangerous and most pumpers go to 15. I stick with 10 personally. Your most dangerous problem is that when you don't have a gauge. If you rely on feeling that is not a great idea cause you can overpump. With a gauge I go to 5 and not above. Feeling a little sore is subjective and not necessarily "seriously dangerous." I mean don't you get sore after hanging, jelqing or ulies? The key is how sore and what kind of soreness. Get a pump with a gauge if you can. I said it before and know I sound like a broken record but I never met anyone that pumped correctly and developed problems from it. It is always from overzealousness. All the horror stories are promoted from sites selling manual PE.
