As great as it is to have this forum as a place for people of at different stages with different levels of experience, I think it'd be great to talk to people starting at around the same time as each other.

If anyone has just started PE seriously or is just about to, give me an email, so we can go through the process together.

I have just started p.e. (2 weeks into) and have many questions like you. I have gained a lot of knowledge about p.e. from many other helpful members. I am doing 5 day jelquing sessions of 25 mins with hot wraps and 5-10mins stretching. I have just begun and will go thorough the process wit u if u like
