question about masterbation?????????

can you masterbate before and after jelqing????????? I am just getting started and I have no idea about PE so I would very much appreciate some help. thanks.

You can masturbate any time you want, Jeremy...it's your dick!!! Just kidding. Actually, I've heard various opinions on this issue and I abide by one simple rule. Studies n hormone levels after ejaculation (mainly testosterone) generally show a plummeting effect. I prefer to keep mine high-testosterone has anabolic effects and I assume this can be beneficial for P.E. Therefore, I don't jerk-off or have sex immediately before or after P.E. Also, it can't be a bad idea (IMO) to be able to achieve a good erection withing an hour or so following a work-out-good blood flow for any healing that needs to be done. Masturbation may hinder this ability or it may not, but it's probably better to keep P.E. work and masturbation separate activities. Masturbation (or any pleasure) has a way of taking precedent over that which is more "work-like" and this could lead to somewhat less productive P.E. sessions. If nothing else, taking this advice may give you more ejaculatory discipline....(ejaculatory discipline?!!). Good luck. groaboa628
