View Full Version : Jelq throughout or just at near penis head?
I 've been jelquing for about 6 weeks but I am wondering about how to stroke correct or not. I start the thrumb+forefinger ring at base and stroke up just near penis head. Am i do right? Or have to do it throughout penis.

You are right to stop at the penis head. As to your grip, make sure that you are applying the pressure to the sides of the penis where the corpus cavernosa run. These are the tubes that fill with blood during an erection and will determine your length and girth.
Iv'e been reading and reading and remain stumped. It is my understanding that the jelk is done with your thumb and forefinger forming an OK sign. That being said, i still cannot understand how i am supposed to apply the pressure to the sides of the penis. When i try it, i pretty much get the same pressure all the way around the shaft. Do you guys have a better way to explain the process???
Thanks
Hmmm. I can't figure this one out either, Davidand . ..
I just focus on gripping tightly - but my palm is to the side, not facing down . . . I seem to be able to create more pressure overall this way. Should I change my technique?? Anyone experiment with both ways??

David and Demo,
I use the thumb/forefinger palm down method. It allows a good grip of the sides and also allows a deep reach into the base. This should be performed with lub and a 50-80% erection.
The other grip I use quit often is my "Fowfee" as described in my personal routine. I got my first half inch with this grip. Again this allows a good deep grip plus some bending and should be done with a 50-80% erection. Lub is optional but best with.
Good jelqing,
fow
Thanks Fow.
I think I'll mix it up . . . and I'm doing your "Fowfers" while I'm on the computer. I think its a really good stretch - feels like 5 or more lbs.
