Hi! I use the Penistretcher. I bought one a month ago, and have been using it regularly (along with jelqing) as part of my PE program. Here's my opinion of the thing:
-It's expensive. I think the JES Extender is $900.00 (!!), the Penistretcher is around $300.00 for what I perceive to be the same device. I didn't study the JES Extender beyond discovering that it was $900 and therefore out of the question. While I still consider $300.00 costly, it's well within what I consider a reasonable price for something that should help me achieve my PE goals.
-It's well-built. I was surprised by the quality of the construction, and I'm convinced that it will last a long time.
-It's comfortable. I've yet to be pinched, scratched, etc. The fit is good and the stretching feels great. (Not sexually... in the context of exercising).
-For me, it DOES create circulation problems with the head. In each session I have experimented with the fit trying to discover a firm fit that doesn't cut off the circulation. I've had limited success, so I never leave the device on for long periods of time. I wear it 20 minutes on, 5 minutes off.
As far as results go, I have a stretching/jelqing routine. In 3 weeks, I've gained 1/4 inch in erect length and a noticeable increase in girth. I can't honestly say how much of the gain is attributed to the stretching, but I use my Penistretcher in place of manual stretching in my program. I don't rely solely on the stretcher for my results.
If you are feeling industrious, there are plans freely available (I think the link is on this site) on how to build a very similar device for around $12.00. (twelve dollars)
Hope this helps, good luck.
My mistake!
Plans for Slimguy's Homemade Extender (essentially an inexpensive homemade Penistretcher) is available on Tom Hubbard's site.

thanx for the reply it is well appreciated, so in fact it does have it problems with the circulation, i think for that amount of money it should work like magic, but i guess everythings not perfect when it comes down to this, i've been thinking about creating my own device but it has been tough, i might still order one for see it for myself but your response but very helpfull

Glad I could help. Be advised of a couple of things:
You cannot return the Penistretcher once you open it. You can order one and inspect it as best you can, but you cannot return it if you remove it from the sealed plastic bag it comes in. The plastic bag is clear, and the entire package arrives in a box, so it's possible to get a good look at the device without opening its bag.
The circulation problems I've described *MAY* be attributed to the size/shape/physiology of my own penis. It may also be that I have yet to discover exactly how to wear the device for long periods of time.
I use my Penistretcher at home, in private. I do not believe it would be a comfortable thing to wear under normal clothing. I usually wear a robe and stretch while sitting or lying down, and I take *extreme* care when sitting down again if I get up for a drink of water or something. I don't believe I could just casually wear this thing around to work inside my pants.
All that said, wearing this sure beats the hell out of manual stretching if you ask me. I usually stretch for an hour before Jelqing, and I can watch TV, play games, or work on the computer while I'm doing so.
