im wanting to know what are the good hand techniques i can use that will give me more length and girth without a mushroom head. thanks :]

Head doesn't grow as much as shaft. Don't worry about it. Mushroom head won't happen. I like mushroom head though.

Stretching/Hanging shouldnt increase your head.
