View Full Version : WORRIED ABOUT VEIN INJURY IN JELQING

I'm very new at this and have only started exercising today so I have some concerns. I have a large vein that runs vertical up my shaft and then cuts horizontal for a short distance before dissapearing back into my shaft. When jelqing I've been angling my hand so that the point where my finger meets my thumb in the ok sign is above the vertical part of the vein that gets pulled. To prevent hurting that vein I really ease up on the pressure in that one spot because I would hate to really hurt myself. Will jelquing still be effective if I do not press one area very tightly? How many months should I expect to see results with a manual routine? Thanks for all of your help!

To avoid injuries while jelqing you should:

1) Use a hot wrap for about 5 minutes around your penis before you start a session. A wash cloth soaked in hot water will do, just make sure its not too hot.

2) Never jelq fully erect as this compresses the veins against your hardened shaft and can lead to injury.

3) Every man has the type of vein you describe (see the penis anatomy page in the links section). The best grip is an OK grip that distributes the pressure evenly along the shaft.

I saw measurable results after one month, although others may take longer.
