Hi, sorry if its been asked already, but i had sex once, and unfortunatly it was somewhat of a quik shot, you know what im sayin. minute man style.. and i know since it was my first time, but im worried bout the future to, and i wanna know how i can improve my time and make it so i dont blow so quik.. any tips?? is jelqing have anythin to do with that? thanks

To begin with do more foreplay with the girl and work on her for a while. Slow down with intercourse. Don't jump in and go hog wild. Start real slow and think about something else. Change rythm if you feel yourself slipping.

One of the reasons guys come so quickly is because we habituate ourselves into that by bringing ourselves to orgasm as quickly as we can when masturbating. Work on your PC flex and when you masturbate try and slow it down some, set a time limit for yourself and work up to that. But its pretty normal to come fast your first time so don't worry too much yet.
