Awsome post it needs to be bumped. Thanks for the info supra not sure if your around here still but can or have you seen solid perminante results from pumping. I have found little to know info as detailed as this report on pumping. I understand that the effect of the pumping is increased by breaking and restarting. Can you let me know if it gives you a larger more muscular looking from this method of pumping or does it just keep the swolen effect but just to a larger degree. Typically I have been pumping 2-3 times a week for 30 mins at around 5 hg. Any longer and I start to get the swollen look and its not nice. Further to that the wife doesn't really like that look.
