not "pumped" after jelq
Ive seen this Q asked a fair few times but havnt seen it really answered.
Ive only just started PE, and my main fear is that i could be doing it wrong, or ineffectually, therefore making PE a waste of time. When jelqing i have a pretty firm grip and at the end of each stroke the head is visibly engorged, veins stick out, its bigger and harder, so i know i'm forcing blood up there. But when i'm finished (after about 10 mins, im a newb remember) the veins stick out a little, and it seems maybe a little fatter than usual, but after maybe 2 mins it goes back to normal, small flacid state. This is discouraging, as it makes me think im not jelqing right, people here say it shoudl feel "pumped" "engorged" "tingly" but i get none of this. So is it possible that some people just dont get to see these immediate results straight after PE, or do i need to change my technique? |

Need a few more details. Do you jelq wet or dry? You cut or uncut? what % erection do you workout at? How many seconds per stroke? How many strokes or how many minutes per work out? Is it 10? It sounds to me like all is well. what is your usual flaccid hang like? how does that compare to the hang you get 10 min post work out, 30 min, 1 hr? Does your dick seem reddened for a bit of time after perhaps 5 min or so?

-always wet jelq
-uncut -% erection- about 60% to 80% i'd say, it varies during the session -about 2 seconds per stroke (another Q- should i be clamping the base of the penis off with the other hand, and beginning another stroke just as my previous hand gets to the head? like, a continuous movement kind of thing, or should i just keep the strokes more separated? currently im doing the former) -10 minute workout, i dont really count the strokes usual flaccid hang is 3.5 4 inches normally, and this is the size the penis returns to about 2-3 mins after jelq session -yeh dick is somewhat reddened for 5-10 mins after jelq thanks for your interest man hope to see your reply |

Just jelqing gave me no pump, When I added Ulis and Squeezes I got the pump that everybody talks about. Jelqing doesn't work for everyone.

I was just thinking about this last night.
Whenever I expect a "Pumped Look" after a workout I am setting myself up for a negative, unnecessary letdown. PE for me has never been a one day deal, or a one month deal or even a one year deal...it has been many days strung together to accomplish small goals which in time lead to bigger ones. Seeing this "Pumped Look" may happen some days and it may not others but I never let that determine if I have accomplished something...It all adds up over time, some faster than others, but it does happen. If you really want to see this "Pumped Look" on the real take a picture now and in 12 months take another...this is when you can really see the changes. |

If you are uncut, and even if you weren't I would say that dry jelq allows you to put more pressure where you need it. I can go from a hang close to 5" when warm and relaxed to 3" in a matter of seconds. >>-yeh dick is somewhat reddened for 5-10 mins after jelq>> this is a good sign, I think you are doing some good. do a bone pressed flaccid stretched measurement, see how it compares to your best bpel. exercise for six weeks then repeat your measurements, I think you will see a gain in the bpfsl at least if not in erect and erect girth measurements.

Jelqing for me is sometimes pumped, sometimes not much pump. Also, I would prefer a good jelq, where very little pump is evident, and have absolutely no donut effect. puff |
