I don't believe that Mandingo uses neither pumps nor prosthesis, I've seen closeups of his dick and it's 100% real..no fake. There are fakes out there though, but they are obviously stiff rubber schlongs, the "actors" franticly hold them with both their hands so they won't fall off, their scrotums are hidden to avoid unmasking the plastic dicks.
