Penis Enlargement Exercises
How they work
Enlarging the penis naturally is accomplished by hyperexpanding the chambers (corpora and corpus) of the penis, stretching the fascia (tunica) that surrounds these chambers, and/or stretching the suspensory ligaments which anchor the penis to the pubic bone. This may be accomplished with enlargement exercises (either manual or through the use of devices) and with the use of supplements.
First, let's cover the pros and cons of the most popular method of enlargement:
The easiest and usually the best way of making gains comes from doing manual exercises. Nothing can be simpler- and safer- than doing them.
Penis Enlargement exercises work in two ways- rebuilding and expanding the spongy bodies in the penis known as the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum, and lengthening the ligaments of the penis, the most powerful being the suspensory ligament.
There's a debate going on between medical professionals. The more open-minded ones agree that PE exercises can and do work. The other camp believes that nothing short of surgery (surprise surprise) will enlarge the penis. That same groups challenges the effectiveness of manual exercises with the lack of clinical trials. For one thing- just because something hasn't been "clinically proven" doesn't mean that it doesn't exist; and as far as the clinical trials go, there WAS a clinical trial done on natural penis
enlargement methods back in the 1960's. It was called the "Chartham Study". This study, performed by Dr. Robert Chartham of England PROVED that penis enlargement through natural methods is INDEED
possible! According to Dr. Chartham, the most effective methods of enlargement involved intense stretching... and the least effective (at least for long term growth) involved milking (AKA "jelq").
Why go through a costly surgery when you can enlarge your penis naturally (and save yourself thousands of dollars that would have otherwise lined the pockets of one of those "experts".) Instead of
severing the ligaments of the penis (risking possible impotence, or at the very least- a droopy erection), why not just STRETCH these ligaments?
A perfect example of extreme ligament stretch can be seen in the women of the Padaung tribe of Myanmar . These "Giraffe Women" (as they are known) are known for their extremely elongated necks. These women
(starting as young as 2 years of age) wrap metal coils around their necks. In time, more coils are added... and by a combination of pushing down the collarbones and stretching the entire structure of
the neck, the necks can reach ten inches or more in length! If a complex structure such as the neck can be elongated, surely the same applies to the penis- whose by its very pliable nature is designed to expand to many times its usual size!
Besides the countless thousands of men who have already enlarged their penises through natural methods, SOME "experts" are finally realizing that natural penis enlargement is not only possible, but a much preferred alternative over costly and dangerous surgery.
Pros:
- Helping with Erectile Dysfunction- PE exercises have been proven to make your erections harder. I've had men in their 60's on the program who were previously unable to maintain erections hard enough for intercourse. Many of them were contacting me to let me know that they had increased their stamina and erectile hardness by performing some of the basic exercises listed in our program a few times a week.
- Maximum tension can also be achieved. If you were to try to duplicate the tension possible with manual exercises with devices, you could seriously injure your penis (you may not be able to take the device off in time). You can also do short, intense stretches in rapid succession- another thing that's impossible to do with devices.
Cons:
- Tension isn't exact and/or conveniently measurable. A lot of men also have the habit of abusing manual exercises due to the fact that some of them feel pleasurable.
